Registering in our eBid system allows your organization to participate in our procurement processes, where you can submit bids and proposals for various projects and contracts. Our eBid system streamlines the procurement process, ensuring fairness, transparency, and efficiency in supplier selection.

To become a registered small and diverse supplier, please follow these steps:

1. Visit our eBid website at KU Bids Website URL.
2.  Access the Supplier Registration section of our website.
3. Complete the registration form by providing the requested information about your organization, including certification details, business size, diversity status, and relevant capabilities.
4. Submit the completed registration form through the online portal

Once your registration is received, it will be reviewed to confirm your status as a small and diverse supplier. If approved, your organization will be included in our database of qualified suppliers, increasing your visibility to our procurement team and enhancing your chances of being considered for future opportunities.
