CDW-G Order Process for Remote Employees

SSC member should get an electronic login:

1. Set up a new username by emailing Dave Walczak (davewal@cdw.com) the following information:
   • First Name
   • Last Name
   • Email Address
2. Dave will set up the account and send login information via email.

  To Order from CDW-G:

1. Log in using the electronic login obtained in the steps above.
2. Place orders through the CDW-G website: https://cdwg.com.
3. Verify the shipping address and shipping method.
4. For Billing & Payment, the billing address should automatically populate with: 1246 West Campus Rd Room 20.
5. Click New Credit/Debit Card to enter your pcard information.
6. Orders shipped within Kansas will be tax exempt.
