From purchase to payment

Purchasing Update:  The Procurement organization understands you need supplies to accomplish your day to day responsibilities.  With the recent changes to remote working arrangements, there are challenges to our standard purchasing protocol.  We are trying to adapt and provide flexible solutions during this dynamic time for our university.  Currently we have at home delivery solutions available for 7 of our suppliers for use during this time of remote working due to COVID-19.  Here are the detailed at home delivery ordering process instructions for the following suppliers: Staples Advantage, Complete Book, B&H Photo, Dell, CDW, Microsoft and SHI.  Work continues on a daily basis, please see the 3/26 Hawkfin for full announcement details. Travel Update:  The unprecedented impact from COVID-19 has forced the University to place a 60-day travel ban on business travel beginning 3/12/2020. Under extreme circumstances, exemptions to the travel restriction will be considered in advance by the provost or her designee.
